Ditch everything bar essentials and replace with bags of coal, pack coal in bread bags and stow right up to your weight limits, use a blanket to wrap your rifle in instead of a gun bag, gun bags are useless as blankets. There are no deer at the hut so get out and about. And I suppose you have seen the DoC alert on track in one direction.

Yep have seen that warning. Don't know if we'll be venturing there. We'll all be cuddling for warmth by the sounds
