With the current permit problems I am forced to look at some new area.Upper Te hoe (Whirinakai)
Has anyone hunted this area? Can anyone give me some info on the walk in/parking areas and when the last dose of green rain fell?
Might be a while before I can get back into the Horomunga.... Legally.

Saw plenty of sign near Central in late January when doing a walk.Heat was just amazing off the rock faces. Got slight headache from that.Really enjoyed the walk. In again in late January via white bus.
No deer in there.
