Thread: Urewera Hunting

I'm planning a roar hunt in the Urewera's

The area is close to some Maori land - is it possible to get a permit for it - someone said it was
Any ideas

Telling us where it is would be helpful but I wouldn't put it here or no doubt some stalker will be there when you go.

Have a look here. Check the open hunting box and see if your spot is in the green, if so yup get a permit online, if not it's a issue you need to talk to Doc about.

yeah its one of these not green or brown areas - its not doc land someone said DOC Muraparara is the one to talk too about permits

They should be able to tell you who to contact if nothing else.
