    Venison is delicious but I need a Wild Hawkes Bay Ham for xmas!

    Where can I find such a beast and slay him without dogs?

    There pigs in the Ruahine near Yeomans mill.

    You could try there.

    I understand the 1080 drop was along the eastern side of the Ruahine from Bighill station to Yeomans Mill

    Venison bacon is awesome.
    Just need to fry in butter or fat cos its got very little of its own.
