Glaisnock on Saturday
Bit of sign around the hut. And one of the windows on the right as you enter the hut on the right has plastic covering the hole which hopefully get fixed before you're blocks.
I could only go first period so didn't put my name in.
Old Murphy struck and the boys got upper glasnook 1st period. Standard Murphy luck haha .
We got Looking Glass 2nd period this year, if anyone has been in there and wants to share information about block that would be awesome
My mate hurt himself so looks like I'm heading to upper glasnook 1st period bloody ripper taking the Bow I think 🤔
@LMcNab unproductive how so? What period did you have?
First visitor to Glaisnock hut for 2025.

We have landed Doon period 1. Hoping to get in touch with someone from the other hunting party that will be sharing that block and period with us.
Have tried asking the FWF for details or to pass ours on but haven't heard anything back. Has anyone had success going through them to get other party details?

Unproductive as in we didn't get anything down, or see much action. They were in there but we were first period. Only heard one stag going good and the odd moan, maybe one or 2 a day. 2nd period will likely be better. It's not a tops hunting kind of block so with no noise, we weren't able to get amounst it much. Pilots showed us a photo of a bloody nice 12 shot in there the 2023 ballot though.
Be good to catch up with all the other period one guys from the forum at the briefing, put some faces to names. At this stage if lake is calm we are going to head to the block straight after meeting

Light River, 1st period. Boating in so will be a lot of fishing and diving to go with the hunting.
