Well FTW i'm off for a hunt

Well, not really a hunt, more of an armed escort...the grandson has been trapping possums,on our property, which i assume is now classed as hunting and his traps need setting off and collecting...the last couple of days he has had stags moaning at him while doing his trap line and I now fear for his safety...the only other people with the necessary skills to escort him and protect him are the police, no doubt one of them would only be too happy to do it, but damn, we don't have any in our bubble...so i feel it is an essential service only i can perform...the other bummer thing is he can no longer check his koura traps as i guess that comes under fishing...thank you for taking the time to read and keep in mind TIC

A secret squirrel told me that the police have a 4wd police wagon in town on loan so I imagine they are going after the spot lighters and hunters on Thompson's Track...I hope they don't get stuck or break down as last time the 4wd club hauled them out, they wont have that backup now unless they do like the american cops and swear them in as deputies (known here as essential workers)

Had something like that years ago, there was a steep drop from the road into where we rode our trail bikes. A couple of MOT guys on BMW road bikes came down to stop us. We just popped up the hill and laughed at their attempts to get out. Must have been a pisser for them with a bunch of bogan teens taking the piss lol.

Just been up to the Bethlehem Town Centre for supplies, walking through the carpark, a guy in a First Security wagon pulls up and asks where we are going, luckily my wife was with me and said our business, she was shocked and thought it unnecessary, next time she will say
“ we are going to see how far it is and if it’s not far enough we will go again”
I had to bite my tongue, who is paying for this non essential service?? He was still driving around when we left!
    Boom, cough,cough,cough
