Usually have a snack pack with a museli bar, peanut slab, OSM bar and some nuts, lollies etc. For lunch I make some chicken wraps, ham and coleslaw croissants or made some homemade pizza pockets or scrolls. If it's winter or cold and wet i'll take a hot meal with the jetboil or the self heating ones (though they are expensive and low calorie)
Biggest help I've found for energy for the first half of the day is brekkie - Now i have a bowl of wholegrain oats with some granola, protein powder, berries etc. That keeps me going until the afternoon easy.
