Thread: Where to get Salami made?

Gidday All,

After a bit of advice.

Back when I lived in Christchurch I had a good place to take meat to get Salami made out near West Melton. They were very tasty and not overly expensive to get made. Best of all was any left over meat got made into biersticks...

Well I now live in the Wellington area and the time has come to get some more salamis made up.

Any recommendations out there for a good place in the Wellington region.
