    Woodleigh roasted sambar?

after the dilemma of late with the Hornady projectiles and the big North East Browns, I needed to get out an send off a few Woodleighs which I just loaded and sighted up this morning.

rain had been here for a few days an a break for most of the day meant the deer would have to be out moving..

certainly were, I put up one just out from the ute in the first 20 mins, then a quiet hour until I put one up in the gulley floor appx 50m away, I shot her in the neck.

took my backstraps an continued on, typically the next gulley over I put up another, which I thought may of been a Stag but once I seen her, realised it was just old Mumsy, of the not so old hind I just shot. you beauty.

she paused on her way through the blackberry tunnels and paths , an so I settled on the shoulder an let rip. she also ran 40m and piled up.
