Not much better than the idiots throwing their McDonald’s leftovers packaging or their jim beam cans through the window on the open road.

Yeh, we have two legged pigs here too.
Hunt safe, look after the bush & plug more pests. The greatest invention in the history of man is beer.

I hate litter. I'd put it up there with the worst crimes and would punish accordingly.

It’s not like they had to pack it out, they were right there at the road end… just put it in their wagons and take it home!

Years ago through the old hunting forum we did a clean up on Clements Road with various members participating, we got a fairly hefty sized trailer load of rubbish for our efforts.

Exactly what I think when seeing litter discarded by lazy, uncaring jerks who don't give a seconds thought to the consequences. It pisses me off totally.
Sadly we now have in society a generation to whom this is acceptable or normal behaviour. Somehow we have failed in not setting the necessary example showing how unacceptable this is and that people need to take responsibility.
And maybe we have not followed through with suitable punishments to discourage it.
I remember years ago in Singapore being very impressed at how clean and tidy the streets and shopping precincts were. There were signs up warning that anyone caught littering could face an on the spot fine of $500.00 Seemed to work just fine there.

"WTF is wrong with people?" ...Shouldn't say that too loud as these days it seems many accept the challenge and go beyond just to prove a point....

I am left wondering the point that if we managed to rid the world of these oxygen theives, would that make a dent in the CO2 pollution? It also seems that we have set the bar so low on standards in society that even pond scum struggles to get under it....

They should be made to get on their knees and eat their own rubbish up and swollow it.Bastarts.Couple of yrs ago,a lady in Fairlie watched some holiday makers from Aucklnd(kiwis) throw their take aways rubbish out the car window just west of Fairlie on the main road. She quickly picked up the rubbish and followed them to Tekapo, opposite the church. As they were sitting in their car,she walked up to the drivers windows giving it a tap.Driver switched window down, she said oh sir you left something in Fairlie, driver oh no I didn't,lady said yes you did,she thru the lot thru the window all over the driver and passager. She gave him a ear fill, with M Donalds Ashburton rubbish to chu on.Thats news even hit the local news paper.Too much rubbish gets thrown out the windows in the McKenzie.

I once saw a bloke and his child pull away from the drive-in McDonalds window, into a perfectly clean car park area, park and eat their food and chuck the debris out the window.

I walked over the road, picked it up, handed it back through the window and the bloke went apoplectic, shouting and swearing and really losing it. As I'm bigger than he was, he didn't get out, but the kid looked on, smiling at his Dad's (I assume) discomfort.

Made my day, I'd really upset a moron, life is made of such moments.

Reality Coach, upsetting morons, since forever.

Unfortunately they are everywhere. From the tiniest sideroad to State highways there's rubbish biffed out of cars. It must be a genetic thing, cause I get anxious if I can't find the top of the coffee cup I put in the floor of the truck on the way home.

when I was a Ranger at Waikaremoana DOC came up with the wonderful idea of sealed vault toilets - they were to be pumped out and crap carted across the lake in a tank on a barge - so we put in over a dozen down the lake - same time they decided hunters and trampers were to pack out their rubbish - well where did a lot end up - down the sealed vault toilets - lessons - well the sealed vault toilets stank badly - the old long drops with lime were way better - when we went down regularly and took rubbish out way better - progress it was not

We had Cyclone Gabrielle which devastated the Puketapu valley. Huge costly cleanup up of the local park. So idiots over the long weekend have destoyed the grass doing wheelies and created a huge firepit with chopped wood. That is nothing to the regular burnt car dumpings up the road to Dartmoor , with household rubbish and counts mounds of broken botlles and cans. Funny how this behaviour never occurs in Singapore.

Yes, the truly virtuous clean it up. Well done.
That old forum had some spirit.
