About LinkBacksYes the meat was fine, shot last thing in the evening the temp would be about 14 degrees but all in the shade. In the morning the temp was still cool and no sun struck the animals at all.
We have left a carcass overnight before with no problems.
As long as tghe flies don't get to any usable meat and the sun never touches the animal, it's OK.
