About LinkBacksSako AII 7mm/08 bought new in Jan 1988 (7mm/08 factory ammo was largely unavailable in NZ then). Scope was Zeiss C Diatal 4x32 clamped in med Leupold Sako ring mounts.
Replaced the walnut stock with a Browns Precision Kevlar 1lb'er stock which was a sod to finish. Two coats of Epiglass reaction laquer. Stock weighed 12oz when finished and bedded. Rifle with scope and sling weighed 6.25lb loaded. Sold it in a weak moment about ten years ago. One of my many bad decisions. Such is life.
