I watched a few of his YouTube videos last night after seeing this post. They aren't really my style personally, but I can't see what the problem is.
He's running a YouTube channel, of course he's going to shout out his sponsors who help fund it.
He and his mates seem to do a much better job than most hunters at visually inspecting each other's rifles to ensure they are safe. Good on them.
They are shooting at long range and for the most part seem to be quite accurate. He did make a shot that looked like it hit the guts, but can all of us say we've never accidentally misplaced a shot? I can't, but my f-ups aren't on YouTube for everyone to judge.
The fact that more than one guy shoots at the animal is probably a good safety net that dramatically decreases the chance of an unethical kill given the long ranges.
