    Anyone running this length barrel in their ar how do you find it performs out to say 200

    I keep my 11.5" to less than 100m on goats, but bunnies, turkeys, magpies etc will be fine past 200m.

    I was thinking that to thinking about the 12.5 NEA that's on special might be a good way of getting into an ar that's not Chinese can always put a 16" barrel on it down the track

    When taken down, it fits in my daypack. Perfect for a pack rifle when fly fishing etc.

    Did you need to do any mods for it to run with the suppressor and what kind is it

    Def need an adjustable gas block and I also gas busted the charging handle, ie put high temp silicone sealant on the handle to stop gas back in the face.

    That was just a cheapy ($200) DPT AR can. DPT doesn't make that model anymore, I'll eventually upgrade that to either an ODL titanium or ASE steel can.
