Was going with that also. There is a noticeable difference between lapua and Norma brass. The bushing are 4tho less with the Norma 308 brass. I’d imagine with standard dies this wouldn’t be an issue as they tend to oversize anyway.
Maybe removing the expander might help? At least as a test anyway.
I don't think removing the expander will help as when I sized the shells there is no resistance at all. The expand doesn't touch the inside of the neck, on other brands of brass you can feel the expander running on the inside of the neck. It's a strange one , never had it before.
