    1-14 is standard twist for 22-250
    Will go upto 55gn no worries

    My brother has a 22-250 and uses the 55gn sako game head factory ammo
    Shoots amazing and kills even better
    Fantastic stuff on goats and fallow deer
    But I wouldn’t have any problem with sticking one behind the sholder of a red it may go a few meters depending but will definitely be a dead deer
