I've been thinking about building a fast twist .22-250 for a while but the .22 Terminator sounds like its pretty close with a bit less powder.
Recoil should be pretty low?

There is no recoil mate
I'm using the 53gr vmax for the critters
But can run the 75gr amax at around 3250 but as for the vs 22-250 I'm not the one to ask mate
