+1 Old sneeze has done a bit with the .280AI He is as anal about reloading and performance as anyone I know. He could give you a an accurate speed prediction.
Personally I dont see why ya wanna go 20" It is not using the cal too its potential to be fair. I doubt it will lose too much though.
