Thinking 22-250, but also considering others e.g .223AI, .220swift, providing they’ll fit the internal mag.
What is your reasoning for wanting to go to the larger case? What do you want to do with it? Do you currently reload? I handload 55gr HPBT sierra gamekings and run them at just over 3200 fps from a short 18" barrel. It is very accurate at that and as long as its not too windy would be happy as to shoot rabbit sized critters out to 400 odd yards. A 22 or 24 inch barrel would have them going a bit quicker still.

Had the 223 out on the weekend harvesting some wild lambs, 4 nice clean headshots at between 120-170 odd yards. The 223 sure seems to be very versatile, cheap to run, suppressors down nice and quiet. And really doesnt give up much on a 22-250 for most uses.

First pic is 2 shots at 200 yards. 2nd is another 2 at 400 yards (6.5 moa dialed on)
