What's everyone's 223 set ups weigh I'm trying to find a light weight rifle for a thermal set up wondering what everyone has and what they weigh in at
I put my heavier old stock back on mine so its around 8lbs now..at closer to 5lbs I didnt shoot so well with it.
My stock standard Howa Mini with lightweight barrel with a burris fuĺlfield 3-9*40 in telley lightweight rings, and a DPT surpressor is 3.44 kg.

T3* Lite with 10 power Bushnell scope just over 3kg.

My Rem 700 LVSF cut to 18” with a DPT and bushnell elite 4200 in a home made powlonia carbon stock weighs in at around 3.2kg
I think mine comes in at 2.9kg.
I have a 20" carbonlite with dpt and vx5 its no light weight but it dose smoke gongs to 800y with relative ease

Good question, I've never weighed any rifle I've ever owned. I know my 223 is heavier than my 270 though.
I've just got a bog standard Howa Mini. Not sure of the weight, but I do know that losing 10ks off my belly would make it seem lighter! ;)
Don't worry about the weight, just eat a green smoothie for breakfast like I do & soon you're be big n strong az Philipo
