    I had a std. Rail machined 20 moa,went on a CZ flat top
    Real guns start with the number 3 or bigger and make two holes, one in and one out

    The 1" come in those sizes but 30mm only 5 and 10.

    If you want more elevation you can put the -10 in the front ring as well as the +10 in the rear, to get an extra 10moa. But you haven't solved the gruntier ring issue.

    The Leupold website lists some of their VX3s having 120ish moa so that could be an option. Or look for another scope with more adjustment.

    Get a spuhr mount with 30 moa built in. Expensive but well worth it.
