    300blk, ar15 or m16 style BCG

I'm in the process of collecting the final parts for my blackout build,

So far I've built my lower
Anderson Lower, carbine buffer, with magpul CTR and grip,
with standard LPK, with Seekins dress up bits,

Upper will be Aero Precission w/o forward assist,
Wilson Combat Match Grade Barrel, 300 AAC Blackout, 11.3", 1-8 Twist, Stainless, pistol Gas
and a 9" free float keymod handguard,
    adjustable gas block,
    Waitaki Suppressor

    optic yet to be decided,

I plan to shoot mostly heavy Subs with it,

now what i need help deciding on is a BCG,
    M16 or AR15 style?

other than the weight loss with the ar15 bcg,
are there any advantages/disadvantages to one over the other?

Nah, no differences for your purposes. We don't have c cat lowers.
I have the Spikes M16 BCG and the Schmeisser SP1 type BCG in my ARs.

cool, how are you finding the hyperfire trigger you bought?
think one of them will be on my to buy list after the 300blk is all up and running

Good, for $85 US, it's great. I'll try to bring the 11.5 to a shoot for you to try.

I have the spikes M16 BCG as well and it does the job just fine. Also, if you haven't seen it already it might be worth checking out my thread on here regarding sound levels with the Waitaki can... if you're wanting a hollywood quiet 300BLK then you'll need to spend a few extra dollars - a few people have said their DPT and Gunworks cans make it fairly quiet.
