Thread: .308 remington zastava

Hey all, looking at a s/h .308 on T/me, a remington 700 DM, remington 788 or zastava M70, thoughts? I quite like the 788 due to wooden stock, but having said that a newer rifle would be good!!

id go the Remington 700 the zastava's can be touch and go some are good and some are shit

The remingtons have issues with triggers as well but some plastic stocked zastavas can be a bit dodgey it's the stock not the rifle. Getting a boyds stock (laminate timber) and bedding fixes that and they will shoot as well as anything else usually at a fraction of the price.
