Thread: 308 vs 30/06

Greetings Frogfeatures,
Looking at the rifles that you already have I wonder if you have considered the intermediate calibres between the .243 and 30 cal. The 30 calibres are great (I have several) but to drive the high BC projectiles at decent velocity. This takes a shit load of powder and produces recoil in equal measure. I have a soft spot for the 6.5 calibre rifles although right at the moment getting projectiles is a major problem. At the end of the day it will be your rifle and your choice. There really no bad choices.
