Not much help to u I am afraid- I got my sets from Brownells.
I think I have a spare set of cheap plastic ones that I got off aliexpress you can have if that helps.
I ordered 1 set and got sent 2.
I have to ask why you wouldn't just get a set of one inch rings. Surely there would be more potential for scope movement if you use inserts.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms
For me it was just a budget thing - I recieved a 30mm mount for free to be used on my 22AR with a 1 inch scope I was borrowing. I used them until I settled on a scope and mount that I wanted.
I personally wouldnt have used them on a centrefire though.
I used a set of 30mm to 1 inch reducers for another reason. On my Brno ZKW Hornet I didn't wish to remove the rear sight to mount the scope. 1 inch rings either were too low and the ocular would not clear the rear sight, or miles too high. I ended up using Warne QD 30mm rings and Brownell's reducers and the clearance between the scope and the rear sight is purrfect. The scope (yeah I know, it's only a Hornet) will never slip fwd. The reducers grip the scope like shite on a boarding house blanket. Plus the reducers will not slip fwd in the rings as the reducers have a collar on them which you mount reward up against the ring.
