Thread: .310 cadet

Hi to everyone who likes old bits of kit.

I Came across a decent looking rifle and wouldn't mind some opinions.

It's a westley & richards with a 310 cadet bsa barrel. Very nice looking butt, the front half not so flash (bore nice but the rest not so), considering it has already been mucked about with i wouldnt be upset rebarreling it and getting a nice walnut forend, currently full wood, with slot for a cleaning rod? can these actions handle a 222r case ok? Or something similar, don't want to Bubba it with a scope so would be open sights only, one more Q are all these actions takedown? ( I had limited time to inspect properly but will be back next week to either pickup or pass on)
