Thread: 350 rem mag

Was looking at a project rifle with a bit of thump. Interested in 35 Whelan, 338-06. Had a p14 that proved not to be a shooter and was looking at rebarreling it in 350 rem mag.Decided it wasn't worth it and was going to buy a long action Howa or winchester for the project.
Along the way, a forum member was very helpful with advice and loaded some dummy rounds for the p14 project.
I asked on the off chance if he'd consider selling his 350. He did and I'm very pleased with this classic thumper. Parker hale supreme with a 16twist MAB barrel.
Seems to have a liking for the 225gr nosler. My challenge will be to come close to these well developed loads. He did provide the recipe though.
