Auckland service rifle association would be my first port of call
10MRT shooters do it 60 times, in two directions and at two speeds.
Does your pistol club not run 3 gun events?
Im not sure, apc only has pistol ranges. I will have to ask the chaps there.
If they don run 3 gun events, ask them if they could run one for the benifit of those members who are interested..
Or better yet ask if you can organise one for them.
3 gun events can easily be organised on a 50m Pistol range.... especially a .22 rimfire 3 Gun event.
ASRA.. good luck there.
Never replied to multiple emails from me and a mate last year... cant say I wasnt warned by everyone at WSRA...
Look towards Warkworth - good bunch up there
APC doesn't really run 3-gun, though occasionally there is a shoot out on "the farm" at Waiuku.
The 4th round of the ASRA winter series at "the farm" on the 21st. Clevedon opens on the 28th for the ASRA summer series. Try giving nzsra@xtra.co.nz a try for details.
Waiuku Pistol Club service rifle match is casual to say the least. I stopped going as they only shoot three or four matches and the cost of ammunition to petrol ratio was not to my liking.
I think the Navy club and Warkworth try 3-gun matches though the Navy Pistol Club is severely limited by the available ranges.
