It'll shoot mint. Inherently accurate caliber, famously accurate barrels.

What can't you get seems to be plenty of 147 ELDM and Adi powder around.
    Are cases the issue

A friend tells me the 6.5prc seems to shoot slow speeds compared to others . Maybe they might wear in . Who knows

Only really ADI now because Steve just landed a bunch. That won't last long. Not too sure on cases but the primers are the hard part. Basically no Large Rifle or Large Rifle Magnum primers in the country currently.

I would have to agree, I was using quite a bit more powder than box max to get anywhere near quoted figures. Why I don't know. I wasn't experiencing particular pressure signs but was nearing the cusp of needing to back off.

Mines going good so far, only put a few shots through it but I'll be sending some more down it this weekend.

Dies arrived today, projectiles coming tomorrow, powder I have fron my rem mag loading days, primers in the cupboard.

Just got it back from the smith, shortened to 20 inches and a Hardy suppressor on the end.

Somebody posted a little while ago in the reloading section, along the lines of shoot what you can get hold of and not to get caught up in only shooting your favorite stuff.

Bit different if you're target shooting I suppose and I don't shoot that often so I tend to do that, grab what I can, when I can.
