It'll shoot mint. Inherently accurate caliber, famously accurate barrels.
Yep can't go wrong with a tikka.
Go bigger, ive got a 6.5prc but with the lack of components i wish i got a bigger magnum with better availability
or the option to go 300 PRC
A friend tells me the 6.5prc seems to shoot slow speeds compared to others . Maybe they might wear in . Who knows

Theirs lapua cases around terminator products had Norma I think and plenty of 6.5 pills adi powder nice low recoiling accurate cartridge by all accounts
Mines going good so far, only put a few shots through it but I'll be sending some more down it this weekend.
Dies arrived today, projectiles coming tomorrow, powder I have fron my rem mag loading days, primers in the cupboard.
Just got it back from the smith, shortened to 20 inches and a Hardy suppressor on the end.
Somebody posted a little while ago in the reloading section, along the lines of shoot what you can get hold of and not to get caught up in only shooting your favorite stuff.
Bit different if you're target shooting I suppose and I don't shoot that often so I tend to do that, grab what I can, when I can.
Yeah I see that, they won't ship though so hopefully my local has some
Nothing at the moment but I keep an eye out for my mate, he's been after some 2209 for a while.
Mines going good, just a typical tikka. Like the calibre a lot, have shot over 40 deer with it now out to 550 metres.
Definitely slower than stated with factory ammo, which I am still using as I have a lot to get through before I start reloading.
Hey what of the 150+ grain projectiles are performing best on deer?? (In factory or reloads)
