You could try waiting longer between shots to try isolate the barrel heating being the issue.
You could also try shooting more than 3 shot groups to see if it's a 3rd shot flier or if it's just the way the ammo shoots.
My guess would be the ammo is just 1 moa ammo, you could try some hornady match ammo to see if that shoots any better.
Not a super lite but my standard lite 260 wouldn't show much in the way of stringing even over a 10 shot string, would shoot well under .5moa with hand loads.
Barrel fluting can induce stresses into the barrel, or expose existing stresses in the barrel that occur after the barrel starts heating up.
Yeah mate I had a tikka 260 that shot very well with 123gr amax a few years ago. Punch myself alot for selling it. I will see how some decent match ammo shoots. Cheers.
