Huh? You could import the firearm but not the liquid metal filled inertia damping device in the stock? Just wow...

Liquid mercury is quite a nasty thing.
Decent bluing solutions might as well be uranium and can't be imported.
Something with a reasonable amount of mercury much the same.
Even if it is strong enough to handle massive amounts of recoil
