Mate has one and rates it highly. Quite comfortable to shoot unbraced or unsuppressed as well

There's been a revised reamer since the original, sounds quite appealing.

So is the 7mm practical an improved cartridge (as in fireformed)?? With all the new cartridges that have appeared in the last few years, 7mm/300weatherby,, 300norma,, 28 nosler etc...Im surprised one of the factories or ammo manufacturers hasnt done the same with 7mm/300win....

So what will your build components consist of??

It needs fire forming as he’s changed the shoulder
Should have kept the shoulder the same and it would have been a simple neck size

Yeah, but the .... "7mm Practical has an effective hunting range of over 1400 yards ....." and that folks is how you make sales.

My mate had a 7practical for awhile. Worked well. Nathan’s idea for the 7 practical came from a thread on longranehunting.com where a guy posted results from his 7/300winmag. I agree with @Echo and don’t know why Nathan changed the shoulder angle, possibly so he could call it his own invention.
