    I always add two baffles from brand new and then off I go

    When I brought a DPT for my T3X .270 22.5" barrel, you get the standard 4 plain baffles. Recoil/noise was shit. Add a stainless and another baffle - total 6 baffles - much better in reduced recoil/noise. You get quoted 'lightest DPT on the market '- because your getting the minimum number of baffles at purchase off the shelf...
    I also run a Gunworks suppressor - older Spartan style, longer than the DPT but great recoil/noise reduction. About the same weight with the 6 baffle DPT. Just an opinion of course.
