This guy keeps getting classier and classier. Im surprised he even knows how to run a business. I think I was justified in not sending the rifle back to him until he gave me an address. The court documents were sent to his business/home address and surprise surprise I recieved a letter from the courts saying the address was not valid - he's obviously just sent them back without opening them. If he's got nothing to hide or feels he's done no wrong, then why not man up and have your say in court? Luckily I'm patient. Roll on the next step.
But a word of warning to anyone, do not trust this guy, Im not the first to have issues, and im sute I wont be the last.

If there was more $$ involved I would have kept going, but the final straw was when I was told the hearing was going to be postponed because he was not served with the papers as he kept sending them back, but there was a communication break down at the court house admin department and the hearing did go ahead but as I was told it was postponed I didn't turn up, and good old cock face mackenzie certainly didn't put an appearance in either so it was dismissed. For me to get them to still proceed with it it I had to fill in more paper work and I couldn't be arsed in the end.
Lesson learnt though, I'll never buy a firearm sight unseen now, or at least not from an unknown homo.
