Any vintage ammo experts on here.

    Hi guys

Bought an old .22 that came with a bunch of older ammo, a right mixed bag.
Is it worth the hassle listing these nowadays or better off plinking it off into the dirt.
It's ICI, ICI shorts, cobra and other bits. Will put up some photos once sorted through them.
Nothing is tough about having a 70 lb bow and looking like an uncoordinated praying mantis while trying to draw it back.

Full packets in tidy condition have some collector value. Please put some pictures up.

Cobra isn’t all that old 1990s

"Cobra" was marketed by Kilwell Rotorua in the late 1980's onwards. It was re-branded Winchester Superspeed HV hollowpoint and was good stuff.

Don't think they are up to serious collectors standards.

The batch in the whisper box is a real random mix.
Got another box but it's so corroded it needs to be disposed.

Got plenty of modern subs for that, all same brand/ weight.
Got to a point a few years ago where I don't enjoy sighting in rifles and doing load development, trying different ammo anymore.
Now I chuck a scope on ,sight in with ammo we already have in stock and if it shoots good enough for hunting am not messing with it.

Ive got some pretty old ammo I use on possums. They still die. This stuff is still marked in shillings and pence or whatever it was back then and looks to be copper cases
