    I had a Browning 308 Shorttrac that I had HRE suppress ( was the first one he had done ) Dan did a really good job of the fitting / crown & regulating the gas system.

    It cycled & shot awesome for a few years, but while sighting in before a gong shoot it broke & spat out one of it's action / slider bars ( had broken clean in half ) had it repaired & it worked fine after. But is something to be aware of, The extra blow back through the gas system can be very hard on the action.
