    anyone use action keyed locks

just wondering if anyone here uses the cable locks to go through your semi actions while in storage, as its not an easy process like the bolt actions to disable them etc ?
also they would be good to have if the firearm is in transit in your vehicle etc

I use them for in house storage, whist on display and in transit in the car boot. For the latter, I find that with a five door hatch, the rear seat drops down and I run the cable through the seat securing bracket on the car wall.

These are the types Ii use...........

Yep, I use cable locks on all my firearms while they're in storage or transport, bolts and semis. I know they're not gonna stop anyone, but it may deter the opportunistic thief.

The most useless security is a dog of any breed...the bastards will either steal it or shoot it...electricity or lead is the only deterrent for thieves.
