    AR-15 .223-22 LR Conversion Kits

Hi there, does anyone know where you can get a AR-15 .223/5.56 to 22 LR conversion kit (not the receiver), hopefully in Auckland or online in this country. And I was hoping the cheapest possible and one which can fit Bushmaster AR-15.

Hi thanks for that. I was looking at the CMMG website and the have the conversion kits for US$229.00 (give or take more for USPS Priority shipping) as well as kits with 3x 10 round magazines for US$259.00. 22LR AR Conversion Kit, Bravo, 10rd

Does anyone know what it's like importing these products? Will NZ customs have a whinge and moan, or is it smooth sailing considering it's not a firearm nor ammunition. I don't really want the wait time, but it does save a fair bit, but I don't want to purchase something that will be subsequently stopped.

Any thoughts will be much appreciated.

Does this include magazines, for example Magpul 5.56 10 round mags? I like the polymer/plastic mags?

Yeah this, and for what little you will save on this your better off buying local and keep your money in the country, receive it quicker and have better after sales service. Just my personal opinion though.
