About LinkBacksI found the 1-4 and 1-6 variables, even with a 30mm tube just weren't as good for light gathering in low light with that smaller 24mm objective as a 2-7x33 or 3-9x40 1" tube.
So on my hunting AR, a 2-7 is far more useful.
