See Sightron have a 1-7, seems to get good reviews.
Had to fiddle when no one in NZ can afford to keep a range of scopes on the shelf to handle and play with.
Aside from Gun City - but their prices make me shudder.

Yeah, I have the Vortex Diamondback 2-7x35 Dead Hold BDC reticle on my Vepr AK as well, certainly good value for money, if a little bit more bulky compared to others.
