    ar15 suppressor dlearance advice

Thinking of getting a dpt modular for my 6.8spc.

Overall diameter of the suppressor is 44.5mm

If i go overbarrel it will go under my handguard approx 50mm.

My handguard will allow for a 45.8mm can....

Is fractionlly over 1mm enough clearance? The other option is to get muzzle forward but will increase overall length a bit and they dont look as clean.

    Advice welcome

If you are worried about clearance it wouldn't be a huge job to chuck the hand guard up in a lathe and create a bit more room with a boring bar ...

I went with DPT's specific AR type can, ie has steel baffles for my AR, use the modular on bolt action rifles.

Mught just buy one and see how it shoots/fits. If it sends accuracy all over the show I will just cut handguard back
