    Ar15 vertical grip.

Hi guys! Got a question on vertical grips for an a-cat ar15. If i put one on will in still fall in the a-cat criteria? Just seen a few people on trade me selling them fitted to an AR and saying its a-cat. Would like one on mine! Thanks

Do you mean a vertical foregrip, or a pistol grip?

I'm almost inclined to say that if TradeMe haven't pulled the ad, then it must still be an "A" configuration. Frankly, they seem more inclined to concern themselves with A/E compliance than the people whose opinion actually counts!

    A vertical foregrip shouldn't make it E.

It doesn't. There is a reason people call it "tardme"
