Good gunsmith.
First time I met the guy was back in 1998. I had broken the bead off the front sight of a model 94. I rang up and asked if he could fix it and how much would it cost.
He said don't worry just bring the rifle in and he would have a look.
I arrived about two hours later and in the space of about 15 minutes he pushed out the broken front sight and pushed a new one in from a box of odds and sods while I waited. I was a student at the time with stuff all spare cash and I think he realised as much without me saying.
He charged me $10 for the part and the work and I went away very relieved that my only centerfire at the time was back in working order.
Maybe it was an easy fix but this scenario still stands out in my memory as the best customer service I have ever had in the shooting world.
