Shot a handfull of deer and goats with it now, ranges from 5m to 300m (missed at 500 but that wasn't the scopes fault)
For the price it is a good value scope.
What I like, 1 inch tube, fairly light for it's class and I like having x2 as my low power.
I like the turrets, nice clicks, can reset the zero with a 10 cent piece and plenty of travel if dialing is your thing. No zero stop
Things to note is the dot in the center is fine for hunting especially in close but a bit of a pain when at the range at distance.
The Illuminated reticle doesn't turn off after a period of inactivity, it is completely manual.
The glass definately not as good as more expensive brands but that's only a problem if first and last light is important to you.
The one minus is this replacement scope is also doing funny things with the parallax adjustment. Specifically when at the range after your first shot the parallax seems to have 'moved' and you need to adjust again.
Interestingly only need to reset once. I think that the mirror (or what ever it is in there) must be a bit sticky on it's tracks.
It does however seem to be getting less of an issue with more use, around 200 rounds on my 280AI so far.
If you are on a budget it is an option worth considering
