Who has fitted one?
Easy or na?
Have an expensive stock and want to have a lash at it.
Advice appreciated.
Thanks

Ive got a fitting for them that fits onto the sling swivel. Not sure where it came from but I can have a hunt around to find out. Maybe Atlas make one. Have you looked at their web site?
I've got 2, so I could lend you one in the mean time if you want.
Yeah Tahr
I have the Atlas kit.
Kindly lent to me by a forum member
With 2 screws.
One replaces the the sling swivel stud?

Yea easy as with the kit just looks a bit ugly in the barrel channel you may have to cut the little wing things as they won't dig into your carbon stock like they do into wood.

You will want to put a plate or similar in the barrel channel to spread the pressure of the second stud.
The no screw ones that I have got came with these bipods:
Leapers UTG Full Metal Quick Detach Bipod, Rubber Armored TL-BP20Q w/ Free S&H

The same as these. They work well.

There are only three types of people in this world. Those that can count, and those that can't!
@Tahr does yours take an Atlas ie is the picatinny rail long enough and does the knurled tightener clear. It looks long enough in the photo.
I use one of these (I didn't want to drill hole in stock either) but don't like it. I leaves me with no QD sling stud once fitted.
I've only got an Atlas knock off, but yes it fits.
Hey Duncan I wouldn't drill a hole in your sako carbon stock mate just stick to the Harris seems like a fuck around and you could lose money when you sell it.
