Hi Dirk, what is the loading port length on them and do you know if they offer them with a mag boltface?

Dirk, funny you say that about the action.
On a shoot back in May I let a mechanical engineer have a play. (he had a custom 300win mag)
And that's exactly what he said. Just stood their working the bolt up and down and commenting on how smooth it was,
He then got all technical about what it takes to achieve that.

Hi 300LRH, in absence of others, Barnard do 3 family sizes of actions.
An aprox Rem 700 the Sx family, both single shot and repeating taking HS or AICS msg with either 223 or 308 bolt face.
Then the larger Px family for bolt faces from 223 up to 0.536"on a 22mm OD bolt. Ie up to 338LM.
Then the big boy the GP for bolt faces up to 0.804" Ie you typical 50 Cal action.

Most are available in a mix of left and right bolt, left or right feed and right or left eject.

Jeez, is it mandatory to build 6 Creeds with these ?

The other one I know of in Welly is also being turned into a 6 Creed.

P.S. Dirk, your bolt is on the wrong side

Seems to be the way of things @ebf I have two mates going up to the long range set up in the weekend for them to play at long range - What are they shooting Custom 6mm creeds.. Then there's me with my ex-Doc Watson 300 win mag. I'm hoping its a bit gusty out on Saturday Hahaha..

Who is everyone using for gunsmithing? I'm South Island and the only options nearby are Gunworks (limited selection of reamers) and Greystone (communication black hole). I'm hoping I don't have to ship the rifle.

I'd rather have to ship it and get it done right if Gunworks or Greystones can't do it for you

If it's not a first round hit you need to practice more
