Yes, correct from what I've read on American hunting forums, why what are you wanting to do?

I was at the sika show 2 or 3 years ago now, I was talking to a supplier that had xbolts on the rack, I enquired about buying a ssm rifle (223) to swap the barrel for a 6x45 build, he shyed me away from it citing the actions weren't strong enough.... Take that for what you will.
i had a A-bolt rebarrelled years ago with no dramas the actions have fine threads not sure about x bolts though
