Anyone know anything about this blade, it has been fire damaged and I am wondering if it is worth restoring if possible to re temper the blade.

Unless you wanted to use it for it's original purpose, would it matter?
Which is worse, ignorance or apathy...I don't know and don't care.
I can't see the pics very well on my ph but looks like a M1917?
It was/is a 1907 bayonet for a Lee Enfield. Seen better days that's for sure!
Being fire damaged it wont have any collectors value left.
I'd restore it as a winter project.
Just because you can.
Cheers
