Hello - Does anyone know of someone supplying/making glue in alloy pillars. The Gun Rack lists them but they are out of stock.
Is it the sort of thing you'd do a run of @Friwi ??
Thanks

I have bought them from Brownells. Wouldn't bother again.
I also got True-Flite make me up a pair. The convenient bit was they had my rifle there at the time and we're able to pretty perfectly match the pillar tops to the round shape of the action.
Now have my own lathe so wI'll do my own in tge future. Easie peezy.
I use aluminium arrow shafts...have some spare here if you want to go that route... can poke in std envelope
I have some aluminium tube with a decent wall thickness that I cut to size. I just roughen up the outside a bit before using epoxy to glue it in place.
If you are interested, just pm me your address and I will send you a piece of tube you can cut and fit.

What you see, is what you get!
i had some stainless steel ones made for my m98 i have some spares (2 or 3) they were made extra long so they could be cut to the right length
in less than four hours you got three offers of help....the forum can still be a good place to hang out.
Yup - there are a lot of great people on here, thanks so much for all the offers. I do have some steel M98 pillars but they are more difficult to get "just right" compared with alloy . . .
Most aluminum fabricators have tube of many dimensions, get in their scrap bin.

Just feed me the sizes
I'm just fucking around in the workshop making swarf every day at the moment
